Information on the InfoTekGuide website is provided for general information and may change without notice. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current, and we are not responsible for errors, omissions, or any loss resulting from its use. Please verify important details, such as schedules, fees and eligibility, with our team before relying on them.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. Opinions shared by students, instructors or contributors are their own.
02 Trademarks and affiliation
InfoTekGuide is an independent training provider. Unless we state otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any technology vendor or certification body.
All trademarks, service marks, product names, logos and certification names are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the training we provide. ‘PMP’ and ‘PMI’ are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc. Use of a name or logo does not imply a partnership, accreditation or authority to issue certifications.
03 Education, certification and career outcomes
- Our courses, practice tests, quizzes and interview guides are developed independently for exam and interview preparation. We do not distribute real exam questions, exam dumps or other proprietary testing material.
- Certification exams are set and administered by the certifying organizations, not by InfoTekGuide. Completing a course or practice test does not guarantee that you will pass an exam.
- Job assistance, resume support, interview coaching and placement support help you prepare and connect with opportunities. They do not guarantee a job offer, a specific role or a specific salary. Results depend on your effort, background and the job market.
- Grant or funding programs (for example WIOA or military spouse funding) are decided by the funding agency. Eligibility and approval are not guaranteed.
04 AI Mock Video Interview disclaimer
The free AI Mock Video Interview is a practice tool. It is not a job application, and nothing you do in it is used to decide whether anyone is hired.
- AI interviewer. The interviewer you see and hear is an AI avatar, not a person. It asks questions based on the resume and job description you provide.
- No hiring decisions. InfoTekGuide does not select, screen, rank or reject candidates with this tool, and your results are never passed to any employer or recruiter.
- No video is stored. Your camera is used during the session, but no video recording is made or kept. A written transcript is created and stored so we can prepare your report.
- What is scored. Your report is based only on the words in the transcript (technical, project experience, leadership and culture fit). It does not assess your appearance, facial expressions, voice, accent or body language, and it does not infer personality or emotions.
- Feedback, not advice. AI feedback can be incomplete or wrong. Use it as one input to your preparation, not as professional career, legal or hiring advice.
- Your data. Transcripts, reports and resumes are not used for marketing, not sold and not shared with employers. Email info@infotekguide.com and we will delete your practice interviews and reports within 30 days.
- Your content. Only paste resumes and job descriptions you have the right to use, and do not include other people’s personal information or confidential employer information.
05 Student accounts and sign-up
Some resources, such as quizzes, the interview questions library and the AI mock interview, require a free student account. When you sign up:
- Provide accurate information and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Our materials are for your personal, non-commercial study. Please do not share your account, resell access, or copy, record or redistribute course content, quizzes, PDFs or videos.
- We may suspend or close accounts that are misused, shared, or used to copy our content.
- You can ask us to close your account and delete your personal information at any time by emailing info@infotekguide.com.
06 Communications: opt-in and opt-out
- Service messages. When you create an account, book an appointment, enroll or submit a form, we send messages needed to provide the service, such as confirmations, schedule changes, reports and account notices.
- Marketing messages are opt-in. We send news about programs, events and offers only if you have agreed to receive them.
- Opting out. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any marketing email, by replying STOP to a text message, or by emailing info@infotekguide.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages about courses or appointments you have booked.
- Message and data rates may apply to text messages. We do not sell your contact information.
07 Copyright and intellectual property
Course materials, videos, slides, quizzes, practice tests, interview guides, images and website content are owned by InfoTekGuide or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Live classes may not be recorded without written permission.
If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright or uses your trademark incorrectly, email info@infotekguide.com with the page address and details, and we will review it promptly and remove material where appropriate.
08 Privacy policy
Information we collect. Information you give us, such as your name, email, phone number, mailing address, course registration details, and any resume or job description you submit, plus technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, site usage data and cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser.
How we use it. To provide and manage training and services, respond to inquiries, send course and account updates, send marketing you have opted in to, and improve our website and services.
Sharing. We share information only with service providers that help us run our website and services, when required by law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal information.
Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online system is completely secure.
Your choices. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing at any time, by emailing info@infotekguide.com.
Children and youth programs. Student accounts are intended for adults. Youth coding and robotics programs are registered by a parent or legal guardian, who provides any information about the child. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian may contact us to review or delete their child’s information.
09 Terms and conditions
- Enrollment, payments, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
- Class schedules, formats, instructors and fees may change. We will tell enrolled students about changes that affect them.
- Please treat instructors and classmates with respect. We may remove anyone who disrupts a class or misuses our facilities or materials.
- At this time, we are not offering training programs to Nebraska residents.
- To the extent permitted by law, InfoTekGuide is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website, materials or services.
- By using this website, creating an account or enrolling, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
